HAITIAN-AMERICAN
SOUTHWEST FLORIDA
Dear Family and Friends,
Welcome to the Haitian-American Community Coalition of Southwest
Florida’s 5th Annual Haitian-Heritage Scholarship Gala! We are especially excited to have you join us after a two year hiatus due to COVID restrictions in 2020 and 2021.
The Mission of HACC is to improve the quality of life in the local Haitian-American community by promoting social justice and human rights. Our organization cares deeply about Education. We want to ensure that all children are provided the proper tools for academic success and that they have the opportunity to pursue a post-secondary education.
Since the inception of HACC in 2015, we have provided over $26,000 in scholarships to Lee County graduating seniors of Haitian heritage. We are grateful for the many generous donations that we received during the time that we were unable to held our Gala. Your kindness allowed us to continue to assist deserving graduates as they pursued higher education.
The proceeds from this evening’s event will allow us to continue to help Lee County graduates of Haitian heritage toward realizing their goal of furthering their education.
For more information, please visit our new headquarters located in the Landmark Building, 3949 Evans Avenue, Suite 304, Fort Myers, Florida 33901.
We are here to empower, strengthen and uplift the Haitian-American Community of Southwest Florida.
Thank you for your support!
Sincerely,
Beatrice Jacquet-Castor
President
